Description
Tour in the city of Arles, an important place during the Roman Empire with its arena and its ancient theatre. Then, you will visit one of the most beautiful villages of France, Les Baux-de-Provence, built with limestone at the top of a rock. Then, you will discover the area’s most important production, the olive oil, with a visit of an oil mill and a tasting.
For the entire day tour, you will also go to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the footsteps of Van Gogh, to visit the monastery Saint-Paul-de-Mausole, in which Van Gogh stayed some of the last months of his life. Then you will see The Antiques (a mausoleum and a Triumph Arch), vestige of the Greek and Roman past, before tasting some delicious candied fruits in the town center.
