Route
Morning tour:
9:30 am: Pickup in front of Hotel Le Bristol (address: 44 cours Jean Jaurès 84000 Avignon).
Between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm: Tasting in 2 wineries in Châteauneuf du Pape, which are among the oldest and/or the most prestigious ones (Domaine de Beaurenard, Château de Vaudieu, Château Maucoil, etc.). Duration: between 40 minutes and 1 hour in each winery.
12:00/12:15 pm: Back to Avignon (25 minutes drive). Arrival in front of Hotel Le Bristol around 12:30/12:45 pm.
Afternoon tour:
2:00 pm: Pickup in front of Hotel Le Bristol (address: 44 cours Jean Jaurès 84000 Avignon) except during the Festival d’Avignon every July (pickup at Parking Allées de l’Oulle, in front of the cruise ships, wait for me at the statue Monument du Comtat)
Between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm: Tasting in 2 wineries in Châteauneuf du Pape, which are among the oldest and/or the most prestigious ones (Domaine de Beaurenard, Château de Vaudieu, Château Maucoil, etc.). Duration: between 40 minutes and 1 hour in each winery.
4:30/4:45 pm: Back to Avignon (25 minutes drive). Arrival in front of Hotel Le Bristol around 5:00/5:15 pm.
